Motion in Red

Watch the video
This is a composition of different film clips of motion in Austin, Texas and my own piano improvisation. I am experimenting with overlap and using video as a “musical” medium. The film develops from juxtaposed block scenes to more complicated overlays and mosaics. For smooth motion this film is best watched in Quicktime. This was shot with a 3CCD Panasonic EZ-50 and editied with Final Cut Pro 4.5.

Thanks for the compliment! I am glad you liked it.

I use an older Panasonic EZ-50 with the 3 CCD chips. I am very happy with it and think it does a great job. The 3-CCD Panasonics are among the best cameras, and I would certainly buy another.
